Unable to see devices on network anymore

Post lockdown trying to reconnect to my venues system, but with new laptop and Audio Architect software install. Have tried all I know but unable to see devices within AA.
My IS dept has checked that firewall is off and ports are open. All previously designated device IP addresses are correct as before, and I can ping them and also connect with a web browser.
In AA Network Connectivity I have my laptop IP as an 'add connection'.
The clock on my BLU-806 is out - could that imapct on the ability to connect?
I have a saved version of the system file to run, but going online doesn't allow me to match devices.

Any pointers appreciated?
