HiQnet panel on iphone not updating

I am new to adding panels in Audio Architect. While I have everything showing on PC via Audio Architect software, I can see panel with all metering and buttons however they are not showing the live info on the iphone itself. The BLU-130 and the iphone are on different VLAN. Anyone can help with this?
