iPad Glossy Buttons
I am sure this is user error.... I have not been able to get the various built-in "backing image" glossy looking buttons to show up when deployed on various iPads. It is clearly present within the design on AA but when pushed to the iPad, it is always "flat" looking. Font sizes are also off and not 1:1 from the design to the actual iPad. Anyone run into this same user error? Thanks for your help.

Yes have the same issue. This becomes worse when trying to be fancy and do 2 lines of text in a text box- bit of faffing about flashing the iPad back and forth and adjusting on the AA gets it right eventually.
Re glossy buttons - correct they’re flat.
I have made hundreds of motion control panels over the years, whilst they’re not glossy, they’re informative, nice coloured buttons showing status (selected or not), volume buttons or faders, output metering etc.
I’ve even done a graphic EQ on iPad for a live music venue.
There’s not much you can’t do.
Also have done indicators for DJ limiting, fire alarm status, buttons for video matrixing, compared to other platforms which generally want an additional app to build iOS pages it’s pretty cool.
The new platform and control will be something much cooler
