Blu-100 not found on network?

I have a Blu-100 that I am trying to program with audio architect. HiQnet NetSetter has not found the device on the network.
Does the problem have something to do with the IP address?

    In net setter top left you can select which NIC to search by.

    You nominally have the wired ethernet NIC and wireless NIC if using a laptop.

    If you still can’t discover use something ike wire shark see what it’s ip range is and
    Adjust your NIC to match.
