XLS 1002 no display or audio

I have a XLS 1002 that has no display or backlight, blue LEDs ON, no meter LEDs lit, and passes no audio. Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting?

    Check the internal voltage of 3.3 Vdc that is required for the microcontroller to function.
