DriveRack PA2 Not unMuting

I have a DriveRack PA2 When booting up the device the screen lights up as it should, then when it gets finished booting, The screen goes blue with not text on the screen. No buttons respond including the MUTE buttons. So the device does not pass audio because I can not UN Mute the PA2.
The device has been installed in a rack in a church its entire life

I would look into reflashing the firmware with the manufacturing updater. Contact us to get that:
