dbx PA2 issue

Hi all. Brand new PA2. Worked fine the first time it was powered up. The second time it was powered up less than 12 hours later the screen says “no firmware found” and it was not useable. Tried to update firmware to latest version but no change. The installer software thinks the device was updated correctly but the device did not change. Not finding any info on the net about this issue. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
