auto eq not stereo?

when i run the auto eq, it runs a left pass and then a right pass, both eq's come out identical. i offset mic about 3' from center focus of room, to stop phasing issues. why does it create identical eq's for left and right? how do i make auto eq run in true stereo?

    assumning you are running in 'dual mono' mode you could try different locations in the room and see what happens...

    i am running in dual mono, with mono sub, 3 way system, low mid and high all custom. if i run in stereo linked i only get one stereo eq, and not 2 seperate eq's - right?

    i have tried even drastic positioning of mics, and still they are identical
