I'm trying to setup my driverack PA for a mobile DJ rig
Any input or advice would be helpful

I have a JBL MP418S Sub so I can use the presets for that.

To power it, I'm using a (Sam Ash brand) Stageworks 1600SW
The amp has the following specs:
In Bridge Mono Mode:
Power at 8 Ohms: 900 Watts
Power at 4 Ohms: 1400 Watts
Input Sensitivity: 1.15V(+3.4dBU
Input Impedance: 10K Unbalanced, 20K Balanced
Frequency Response: 25Hz~25KHz +0/-1dB
(at 10dB below rated output power) -3dB points:5Hz~50KHz
Voltage Gain: 32dB
Distortion(SMPTE-1M): <0.03%
S/N ratio: 100dB
Some other features are
30Hz filter on the back (I guess I want to leave this off?)
\"Full short circuit, open circuit, thermal, ultrasonic, and RF protection stable into reactive or mismatched loads, muting, turn On/Off, tried crowbar\"
\"selector clip ON/OFF selector\"
Inputs: Active Balanced XLR and 1/4\"TRS
Output: \"Touch-proof\"binding posts.(Speakcon)

I'm using this setup with a pair of EV SaX100+ powered speakers.
Frequency Response: 65-20kHz
Maximum calculated SPL@1M: 124dB
Coverage, -6 dB: 65°x65°
LF amplifier power, IHF-A: 350 watts
LF amplifier power, continuous: 150 watts
HF amplifier power, IHF-A: 80 watts
HF amplifier power, continuous: 50 watts
Line input sensitivity range: -12dBu to 0dBu
Equalization-LF: +6dB@140Hz shelving
Equalization-HF: +4dB@5kHz shelving
Power consumption: 600 watts

Thanks for any help you could provide.

In the wizard select the c300 preset. This is a passive fullrange speaker preset that will work well for you. I set up a preset in the 260 GUI, and if you download the GUI to your computer (from the menu above in training materials) you can view what I have created, and get a better idea of some of the functions of the driverack. (remember the 260 has MANY more features though) The preset for the Mpro 418's sets the HPF @ 42.4 hz @ BW 12, and an LPF of 121.4 @ LR 24. Likewise the c300 preset gives us again a 121.4 hz hipass, @ LR 24. You will have to give me your email address in order to get this though since they don't have an attachment in this forum.

DO NOT use the compressor, instead use the limiter. Do go here:
    http://www.driverack.com/drug/index.asp
and read the tutorials section which includes all the sections. There is some good stuff there.

    Gadget
