How can I hook this up so that I use one side of the unit as an inserted feedback destroyer. I would like to use one side to eEQ the FOH (which is run in mono) with the auto RTA, and the other side to control feed back on a mic. Does the auto feedback destroyer reset itself each time? Does it keep cutting the problem fequencies and never bring them back up to zero?

The two side of the DRPA are not totally separate. In a dual mono configuration you will have your best chance of procressing separatly, That you would set up in the wizard.

The auto eq remembers the fixed filters and forgets the roaming/live ones.
