Set Up Advice

Recently purchased DBX Drive rack PA and need some adivce one setting it up for the best performance.
I'm going to be using this for 2 set up.
First set up...
2 EV MTL-1X Double 18\" Subs
2 Yorkville Elite 2000's for top end
1 yorkville AP4040 Amp for top end
1 yorkville AP 6040 Amp for Subs.
Second set up
4 Cerwin Vega Earthquakes
2 yorkville 2000's for tops
1 yorkville AP4040 Amp for top end
1 yorkville AP 6040 Amp for Subs.
It would be appreciated if i could get some assistance on these setting. I'm a rookie within the sound industry. Keep in mind these set ups are for clients, ( rentals) so i would also like compressor settings or advice to protect my stuff from being blown.
