passive mackie mains - active mackie subs (2nd-system)

I want to add a 2nd system in the DRPA for smaller venues.
This setup is mackie C300 mains w/CE2000 amp and active SRS1500 subs. Can (should) I run this in mono, like my big system? If I use the 2x4 C300 from the program list, how do I set up the subs,They are not listed. Do I use custom and just plug them in? If I use custom I assume I then go to xover and set the xover settings. If I'm right so far what are the best settings? Should I turn on the limiters? What should I set the xover db at? did I miss anything?
