DBX EQ with DRPA

What (if any) is the recommendation in regards to using an EQ along with the DRPA? I understand, one may want to tweak on the fly, which is much easier with an EQ as opposed to digging into the DRPA during a gig.

We have a DBX 2231, which seems like it would be a big more than we need if we chose to keep the EQ in the path.

If you do recommend an EQ, what exactly should we look for?

The outboard eq is fine.. I wouldn't suggest anything less than that though..the 2231 I mean

Can anyone provide some insight on how to hook up a system this? I would like to do the same.

Mixer outs> GEQ in...GEQ out> DRPA in...DRPA out> to speakers
