Need help how to configure my set-up.

I got my new driverack PA today and i need a help or suggestion how am i gonna configure this with my set-up.
Pair technics 1200 TT and a Vestax PMC-05 pro sl w/ serato SSL box
Alesis MultiMix 12 FireWire Mixer ( For PA purposes)
Pair of JBL SF-15 for highs running on the crest cpx 1500
Pair of JBL MP-255S Subs running on the Crown CE 2000
I'm a mobile dj and i usually plays on the different places. One thing that i most concern how to use this feedback killer.
