Downloading programs when connected to Driveware

I'd like to be able to download all of the programs from my Driverack 480, edit them offline, and then upload them the next time I connect my laptop to the Driverack.
However, when I connect, it only downloads the current program.
The manual discusses this on pages 79 & 80. I would expect to be able to select \"When downloading I want: Configuration & Programs\" but that option is greyed out in my software.
How do I download ALL of the programs to the Driveware software?
