Sticky Wizard Button

Hi all
I purchased two DR260's at the end of last year - both have Wizard buttons that seem sticky (activate occasionally without user intervention) and strangely, neither have the \"tactile click\" that the other buttons on the front panel have - pushing them feels \"dead\" - yet they still work... what's that all about?
Is this a design feature, or do I have two faulty units?
