Mute from Sytem Architect?

I'm using a 4820 with System Architect 1.6. The mute buttons on the outputs are not working from within the software. The solos are but if I click on the mutes nothing happens. The mute buttons on the front of the unit are working fine. Is there some kind of setting or update I need?
