For my subs I am using JBL MRX 528 at 1000 rms at 4 ohms and I am using a crown XTI 4000>>my xover setings are as follow HPF 40 BW 18 LPF 90___LP24

Am I on point with the xover settings....Peakstop on and I did the gain structuring.

    Given that you only have 800 watts @ 4 ohms stereo I would bump that xover point up over 100 hz, and with a peak power handling of 4000 watts on those subs you have no room for error @ 12oo watts per channel @ 4 ohms stereo, So I'd raise that HPF to at least 45 hz or set those limiters pretty tight.
    Especially if your doing live sound...
