Which DR is right for me?

I work for a local bar and they are having trouble with there audio. Most of it was tossed together in a rush to open the bar. I am also a mobile DJ and have the DRPA which i love and are familiar with. I would like to set up the system correctly with a DR but im not sure which one to go with. The bar has a stage with EAW DC4's Bi-Amp as the Right and Left primary speakers with JBL JRX as fills/\"monitors\" and two JBL MPRO415 subs. I would like to replace the MPRO's with two EAW DCS2 subs and run them in stereo (R&L) with the primary speakers and then two more EAW DC5's for the rear fill to replace the JRX. The bar is primarily used for music play back but we have a live band once a week. I was looking at the 4800 with its 4 input channels so i can have the band plug there mixer into inputs 3/4 and have it mixed with 1/2.
To sum it up i need something to manage:
2- EAW DC4's* (Mains)
2- EAW DCS2's (Sub)
2- EAW DCS5's (Rear/Fill)
1- Booth speaker
2- Stereo Inputs
*The DC4's need to be Bi-Amp

Just a few Questions
Do the DC5 need delay?
Which way do they point?
Do you want to control the \"live bands\" foldback speakers? (do you supply them??) Is that what you use the JBL JRX for ?? (which model)
Sounds like the 4800 might be the go
