A couple of DRPA questions...

We've been using a DRPA to drive a very moderately sized PA for about 3 years now, with very good results.
We're now expanding our system to be quite a bit larger, and have run into a couple of issues.
First, we've upgraded mixers to a Crest XR20. Has anyone using the XR20 had any trouble with the Crest's output metering as \"too hot\" (above the \"0\" point) at the DRPA's input? If so, should this even worry us?
Second, we've been running a \"single-sided\" 2x3 signal into our old PA; that is, mono out of the mixer, into one side of the DRPA, splitting into a Sub signal and a Mid/Hi signal. We'd like to continue to run that way, as it simplifies things for us, but... now that we're expanding, we'd like to know if we could use XLR splitters to send the Sub and Mid/Hi signals to our newly doubled up amp racks. Would this negatively impact the necessary voltages from the DRPA to our amp racks in any significant way?
Thanx for your expertise and insight!

DRA
As for the overload output from the mixer.. DO NOT overdrive the front end of the DRPA... NO CLIPPING!!!! Do a gain structure as in the READ ME FIRST BEFORE POSTING section for the best procedure here. I never even REACH 0vu on my mixer.. and so I have 28+db of headroom at all times...and my system will average 118 db @ 15 meters like that...
