Auto EQ won't finish

Hi, Newbe here. DBX PA. Pinked the room. followed all directions.
At the end, it said; EQ --Not Done
:shock: :shock:
We tried (4) times with mic in different location. Same result.
Any suggestions?

    There is some really good info in the READ ME FIRST section above about using the AUTO EQ (and it's pitfalls) Also search \"AUTO EQ\", \"Not Done\", etc. This is a common question.

    I have had this happen to me a couple of times. It always happens when there is other noise in the room - people talking, moving things around, etc. It has never happened when the room is totally quiet.
