DBX 376 preamp drive (gain) knob not working, any ideas?

Hi all, I bought a used DBX376 tube strip and the drive(gain) knob doesn't work. It does pass signal and is stuck at a set amount of gain which actually works OK! All other functions works perfectly including the digital out.

I looked inside to see if there was anything unplugged but didn't notice anything. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Check the controls traces on the circuit board...if you don't know what I'm talking about you better contact tech support and get an RMA...
