I have messed with the Limiter to setup my Dr. DRA Super Limiter thingy as mentioned in the Read Me Firsts section. Is the Compressor worth messing with on the DRPA?? Is it at all beneficial to the overall sound??

Mark -- Gadget beat me to it. There's your answer. Just use the compressor on individual channels or for example a vocal \"Sub-group\". If you put it on the whole house -- you will run into issues and your overall sound isn't going to be very dynamic.
  • Awesome, thanks.

Sorry Mark -- I should be more specific. It would be better to put \"A Different\" compressor (Not the DriveRack) in a particular channel strip or sub group. The DriveRack compressor applies it to the whole mix which is in general not a good thing to do. Gadget has a protocol for it but it is for \"Unruly\" bands and bar owners who complain  Like Gadget stated -- It isn't necessary right now.
