when we set the speaker at mid level 50% Does it mean that if the speaker is 750watt will only achieve 375 watts only

    No, only that it takes more signal from the mixer to get to 750w.
    It can be turned down so that if the mixer is maxed out it may only hit 375w. Heck, it could be turn down so that it puts out 1w at full mixer output.
