Problem with a dbx ieq-31

i had purchased 2 dbx ieq-31 more than a year ago and they were just sitting in the store room until about a month ago.One of them works fine and the other one dont give any out put.All that happens is the first and last LEDs on the output and gain meters are lit and nothing else happens.If i depress any of the other buttons on the panel they will light up and thats all.I tried holding in the AFS button and power on to see if it would do anything and nothing happened.Can someone tell me if there is something i can do or if i have to get it exchange.Thanks

I've certainly read of some issues with the IEQ 231's but not sure if that's one on them... contact Tech Support.. the link is at the top of the page..
