Look for advice and settings on setting up the Driverack PA with A&H ZED 12FX mixer,Behringer EP2500 and 2 EV SX300s.
Do i need to use the compressor side of the PA and I take having only 2 speakers i dont need to worry about crossover but not sure on the subhonics ,any advice I would be greatful ,only been using just set up as custom speakers and custom amp but touched nothing else with the amp turned up full.
Thanks in advance
PS by the way ive 2 dbx 266XLs connected to the mic channels .
Thanks again.

Thanks dra printed that off and going to follow that but do i just ignore the crossover section as only the main speaker no subs and are there anything differant to the info there that would be suitable for the amp and speakers ,If it helps we do a mix of karaoke /Disco so have to be careful for the feedback .
Not able to check anything until Friday now so any info anyones got between now and then would be really helpful,I know its not the right section but also if anyone has any useful advice on the dbx266xl compressors been working quite well with them but still learning .
    Thanks again .

You do want to go in to the x-over and set a Hi Pass Filter (HPF).
I could not find the SX300s, but the -e- version have a -10 point of 50hz. Depending on how hard you push the speaker, set a BW24 at 50hz, up to 55hz, if needed.

Whole system compression in not usually recommended, but limiting is.

One other thing for now dra m8 .I see in lots f places that the EP2500 is a clone of the QSC RMX2450,so does that mean i would be able to use the Amp Level Setting of 37 as it says in the 260 GUI or just set as a total custom and ignore that?
    thanks again

I've wondered that my self, but we always recommend that you go with the the settings you come up with and ignore the wizard's. They should be close though.

The QSC RMX, the Behringer and even the Nady amps are all made in the same factory and indeed very close inside, however the Nady (I don't have any of the BEH units have different caps and beefier wiring... other than that they seem a little more powerful.. but can be somewhat fragile if powered poorly...as in low voltage situations, or extreme hot conditions...
