Just got a used 260, and it arrived yesterday. 
After running around town trying to find all the cables and adapters I needed to be able to update to the latest firmware (because the previous owner didn't send the null modem cable), I finally got the thing updated, and I started playing.
I've got a million questions both large and small. I will try to read up on things I think are probably answered here already before asking, but then there are some small details that I don't anticipate being able to find answers to which I will probably go ahead and ask.
Gotta run to work now, but I'm just giving you a heads up!

FYI the update really isn't of much use...it simply updates the equipment list, but your speakers can be entered in minutes (seconds after you get the GUI running and get familiar with it...)
