Basic DRPA+ question

My current setup is a dj setup in which I sometimes use a full range setup or a 2x3 mono sub setup depending on the type of gig. My question is if I am using my speakers full range without the sub hooked up do I need to unplug the outputs from the back of the DRPA that go to my sub amp or since I am choosing a full range profile can I leave everything hooked up without destroying anything.

Leave them hooked up. The DRPA routes the signal depending on the config...SO a 2x2 has only output to the Hi outs.. 2x3 is hi and left mono low out...the 2X6 routes to ALL outputs and so on... EVEN if you chose a 2X3 and you don't use the subs and just lower the HPF to the -3dB point of the tops there is no problem..

In that case, the correct answer is, "You don't have to unhook anything or you could just lower the HPF on the tops." 8)

one more question, I just added another amp to my rack which pushed my drpa almost to the top. There is about a 1/4inch clearance between the top of the drpa and the amp rack. Is this adequate airflow clearance for the top fan?

Yes that's fine, the driverack runs very cool...The 260 was found to not need the fan that is in it...
