will a DBX 266XL cause any delay?

Will the 266XL introduce any amount of delay, even a few milliseconds, into the signal being run through it? For instance if I have two sources that are in sync, then I run one through the 266XL and one that I leave alone, will the output from the 266XL still be in sync with the other source?
I looked through the FAQ and tried searching but this is still a mystery to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Introducing (for those that don't know him) HERE"S Mikey! Mike Kovack! Illustrious member of the forum and systems engineer extraordinaire! Mikey, How are things in Nashville? Under water I hear? We have missed your rapier wit and awesome audio skills! We've kept your seat warm in your absence.
Very good to hear from you old friend.

Seriously, Nashvegas was wiped out by the flood. National news didn't show even a small part of what happened here. At Soundcheck, all the "A" team of country music-Rascal Flatts, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, etc., lost all their gear. Totally wiped out. Water over 4 feet high inside the building. (it sits right next to the river) I saw what was left of some of the stuff a few days ago. Can you imagine a $50K board with mud covering it so badly that you can't even read what is underneath? Not so good.
Anyway, having a little down time and wanted to see what's been up here. Looks like business as usual. Glad to see you're still holding down the fort.
Been doing a bunch of classes on mixing and even a little mixing. Tune a few systems here and there when I can. Good stuff.
Looks like I'll be doing a few shows with Eisley (opening act for Mute Math, Cold Play, etc.) next month. Looking forward to it. Good band.
I'll check in a little more frequently than I have been. Keep up the good work!
