DBX DriveRack PX Bass & Filter

When I select the bass to be used it’s indicated whether Stereo of Mono. I select Mono because I only have one subwoofer (QSC HPR151i). When I play the music the only green light activated is only the left channel, although left and right cable is connected.

Now wouldn’t it be common sense to select Stereo since I have 2 XLR cables left & right to connect thereby activating the right channel also? Also, on the Feedback Suppressor Filter, is it the higher the number of filters (10) the less feedback? I have it set to 6 and I wonder if that’s good enough. Thanks for your reply.

If by left and right cable, you mean IN to the DRPX, then no. The PX combines the bass content and sends it out one channel. If you select stereo, then you could lose the other channels content.

FBX: If you still have feedback problems after 6 then select a few more. If not, you're good to go. That is the simplistic answer. Perhaps speaker placement changes could help also. Do you have the RTA mic? Done the Auto EQ? Read up on the proper use in the READ ME FIRST section. Very important.
