TELL ME HOW TO FIND THIS ARTICLE PLEASE

I have talked with "Mike" at the factory and he has recommended an "article" on the FAQ page. He says the name is "How to configure my system." I could not find that article but did find a great article, "The Driverack, Gain structure, and system setup information." I have downloaded that article and will use it but Mike says I need the other one also. He said to go to the FAQ section and search for "config" and it would be the first article to appear. Well, that did not work for me. Can anyone direct me?
