hey everyone, im not quite sure what I need so I thought I would ask the questions here as my local music shop are useless and I thought I would just buy online

My Setup is:

StudioLive 16.4.2 Mixer
2x JBL PRX515 / 2 x QSC K12 ( depending on venue )
2x JBL 18" 600w subs
3x Yamaha MSR 400's ( used as floor wedges, daisy chained common signal )

what I want to know is can I get away with 1 driverack unit if I run mono front of house and a single aux for the msr's and run these into the driverack for left and right? Im guessing I cant but I thought it might be worth the question :P

basically I want the RTA features for the FOH and the FB Suppression for the MSR's. If I do run it all through 1 unit and the unit detects feedback on one channel will it apply the filters to both channel or just the affected channel ?

Also what are the main differences between the PX PA and PA+ ? I think the PX will suit my needs but im not 100% sure

The DRPA is discontinued...the PX will not do what you want. No you cannot run stereo AND have a tops/subs and monitors... but you CAN have tops and subs in mono, and a separate monitor mix on one unit...Stereo is not necessary or desired in live sound, I actually run stereo on my big rig but only for the stereo efx...

Here is a thread that details the process...

Basically the PX has only four outputs, no delay and has no dual mono capability.. the DRPA+ has 6 outs and can do stereo three way or dual mono so that you can run the left channel to run the tops and subs, and the right channel to run the monitors.

When you get up and running we have lots of help for you here:

Awesome, yes I run everything in mono already, basically I go mono out from the desk to the subs and use the inbuilt crossover to the top boxes.

So with the PA+ I will be able to run 2 outs in mono for the FOH ( Subs and tops ) and a second mono for the monitors ?

so the AFS applied on one channel will not affect the other?

Edit: just read the thread you posted it answered my question. Thanks :)

Are the power inputs rated for 110/240v or just 110 for the USA marketed items ( im in Australia and its less than half the cost to buy from the US for us )

No, Sorry, the 4800 is universal power not the DRPA..but don't you have the converters? I know when I visited Japan my son had converters for all his US goods and they worked fine.. even with their power being 50hz instead of 60hz...

I do that very thing with my jam/studio room...You will be able to Auto Eq, and AFS separately ,the dynamics are tied together.

The 260 however has no such limitation...so how do you get the units in from the US? I assume the tariffs are what make the gear so spendy?
