DR 260 and active enclosures

I recently purchase a Driverack 260 with expectations that I could use it with active speakers (Mackie HD1531's). Was I right in that assumption?

Certainly, the Driverack doesn't care whether there is a powered speaker or an amp and passive speaker, or a speaker that needs active crossovers... you need to TELL the Driverack what you want it to do. and NO you don't need a preset..If your just using your speakers without subs simply set the xover HPF @ the 3dB down point of the speakers response (or there about)
