DBX DAV-600 connection problems-I lost my manual-anyone have

I don't remember how to hook up what to where. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

    How about we keep this all in one post.. putting multiple posts all over the place isn't going to help.. a piece that old has little info available and I couldn't find anything about a manual online anywhere...
    How about starting by telling s what components your trying to put in the chain EVERYTHING... that you have to hook up, and
    a picture of the BACK of the DAV-600...
