Does anyone know the best parametric EQ settings for an EV ZXa5? I'm trying to achieve the flattest response from it. Also, is 0dB still the recommended limiter setting to best protect this speaker? What are your recommended limiter settings for it?

The ZXA5 is a powered speaker that is processed internally with the necessary EQing and limiting etc to achieve a flat response with protection. It's unlikely you can improve on what the EV design engineers have already done. Save your EQs for tuning to specific venues you are working in.

What processor do you have? As Dennis said they are pretty flat to begin with, but if you have the measurement mic.. and can take one outdoors, you could find out just how flat they are...

They may be processed to have a smiley face response. :)
