Does the 1066 pump?

Good day all

Ive been recommended a DBX 1066 to use as a compression effect.
Couldnt find much info on the net so heres my question-

Is this unit capable of extreme pumping and breathing on a mix to sound anything like-

Ive read that it does pump quite early on the ratio but how far can it go?
