dbx260 start up scratch noise.
What can i do to protect my B&C DE75-P compression drivers from this terrible scratch noise when my DBX260 wakes up and one of many not interested djs of the club has open the amps first?
I use 3way speaker system with different amps for low, mid, high.Someone told me to use a capacitor connected in line with the drivers. Is this right?

BTW it takes a LOT to hurt one of those drivers...I have seen systems where the 75's were run as midranges for a couple days before it was discovered that the horn mamps were running the 12" drivers and vice versa...so they can take some abuse!

If you are using DriveWare:
Right click on the top of the DriveRack 260 window

Click on Misc
Click on the "Power-up Mute" drop down menu
Select "mute all"
