What should my low be?

I have a turbosound tcs-118 dual 18" sub one of them in our bar..
what is the best setup in the crossover menu ?
or best to just adjust until sounds good ?

best would be to give us ALL the information so we can better suggest an appropriate setup. what we need:
Power amps, subs and tops'
speakers, tops as well as subs
processor type
system purpose (Live rock, headbangers, disco, Karaoke.. theater..all of the above)?

It all figures into a setup
