Unscheduled preset recalls

We have a SC64 driving our back ground system. The matrix is very flexable and works great. The only real problem I've had is it (the device itself, venue file or device file) remembering an event that has been deleted from the scheduler. I have reloaded the newest firmware, Factory Reset the SC64 and loaded a fresh venue (which is where the scheduler info should be?) and then loaded my device file and it continues to happen. Does any event info get stored in the device file? Anybody else have this problem and come up with a fix?

    I got an email from the dbx techs yesterday that confirmed the event recall info was in the device file. I did a factory reset and loaded new venue AND device files and the unscheduled recall did not happen this morning. DEVICE FILES CAN CARRY SCHEDULER INFO.
