What would be the benefit of setting the gain structure with the PA+ if you never run your system over 80% ? Used in small bar room's.
Thanks

One more question. When you pink the room do you cut the subs off ? I have tried it both ways and the volumn gets turned down, on the subs in the xover, with the subs on.

Gain structure is as much about signal to noise ratio as it is getting all the equipment talking the same (volume) language. Is it necessary? Only you can be the judge of that.

You should at least turn the subs down about 3-6 dB (I do) when doing auto Eq. The reason is, that standing waves create super waves that couple and cause the bas to get cut.
