Mounting Depth for DriveRack PA+

Here's hoping someone would be able to confirm with certainty the Mounting Depth of the new DriveRack PA+. As stated in the specifications this should be, 5-3/4". This dimension is critical for my application.
I ask because I've been burned before. The DriveRack 260's Cut-Sheet and Manual both state, 5-3/4"--same as the PA. So, I bought a DR260 based on this information. But, when I recieved it, it actually turned out to be 8" deep !!
I ultimately would prefer the DR260 but, I can only tolerate ~6" total depth.
