Assistance with PEQ Q

I am using TOA HX-5 for my mains. The manufacturer calls for the following EQ adjustments:

800Hz -3dB Q .7
2.5kHz -4dB Q 2.997
5kHz +5dB Q .305

With the specified widths I can't do exact in my Driverack PA, close but not exact. If I emulate the settings as per the manufacturer the curve looks quite different than what I can get to as close.

By close:

800Hz -3db Q .73
2.5kHz -4dB Q 2.63
5kHz +5dB Q .33

Is there any way by adjusting center frequencies, Q, different cuts, etc to attain the curve as specified or at least get closer to the effect of the first set of numbers I am unable to use exactly?

The center freqs and the depth of cut/ boost is far more important than the width of the bell (and those differences are quite minute). Those will work just fine. While there are some differences from processor to processor, I would not worry about it.
