Error message

Hello
My DBX 260 I get the following error message.

    Does it do anything? Can you back up any scenes to your computer if you haven't done so already? If you don't have anything your afraid to loose try a hard reset, or if you have already backed up your user presets then do the rest and seen if that helps.

    Performed the hard reset the screen still shows the same error message.
    Can you think of another possibility?

    It would seem that that particular code has to deal with a problem on one of the DSP chips and will need to go in to the factory for service, contact Service for an RA number.

    Service fees are very reasonable. Seems like they charge a flat rate. A couple of years back it was $100 or $120, I think. I believe that you pay to ship there and they pay to return to you.
