There are a couple of schools of thought. They are all, for the most, part correct.

    SP2: 500 / 1000 / 2000 (8 ohm)
    SP218: 1200 / 2400 / 4800 (4 ohm)

For live sound: (assumed from the Presonus)
If you want your speakers to coast and last forever.... Go with Continuous power. (also good for the amp)
If you want your speakers to work and last a long time... Go with Program power and never clip.
If you want to push them to their limit... Go with Peak power and don't get within 6db of clipping. (hard on amp)

    Safe:
    SP2 @ 500w (8 ohm):
    Xti (650w) -or-
    PLX (775w) -or-
    GX5 (500w)

    Safe:
    SP218 @ 1200 (4 ohm):
    Xti (1200w) -or
    PLX (1250w)
    Safe:
    SP2 @ 500w (8 ohm):
    GX5 (500w)

Considerable risk (depending on music type and input level):
    SP218 @ 2400w / 4800w (4 ohm):
    XTi bridged (3200w) -and-
    PLX bridged (3600w)

    Safe:
    SP2 @ 500w (8 ohm):
    Xti (650w) -or-
    PLX (775w) -or-
    GX5 (500w)

Safe to some risk: (note: Some will run their sub amps into clipping (not full time clipping, just peaks). It "dirties" the sound, making it sound louder. Roughly doubling the available wattage. The good news here is that the clipped power is right at or just above the continuous rating.)
    SP218 @ 1200 / 2400w (4 ohm):
    Xti (1200w - 2400w clipped) -or
    PLX (1250w - 2500w clipped)

thanks for your school. you know me , im using the correct power for drive the speakers. right know, im using a crown xti 4000 for drive the tops, and the plx for drive the subs. all in stereo. it sounds powerful and clear. the rest are for the monitors and backup.

you had any recommended setup or parameters in the drpa+ for me?

I guess I misunderstood "powerful configuration" to be about the amps.

Subs: According to Peavey they only go to 51hz (-3db), so...
    50hz BW18 - 100hz LR24

    Tops: 100hz LR
