Output SPL, using Analog inputs, too low

I am an owner of a DBX Drive Rack 4820. I have connected a BD through the analog inputs and the output SPL is very low comparing the digital inputs. Because of this I have to increment the analog input's gain too much. I don't know whether I can improve the gain structure setting the trims. Could someone to explain me how to correct this situation?

Thanks in advance

The Bluray player operates @ a signal level considered consumer level @ -10Db, the Driverack operates @ a level considered "Pro" audio @ +4dB... a 14 dB difference...

I can see why you consider it low...
