new to 223xs

hi, newbie to XOs.... i just got the 223xs and using the LFE sum to drive a rmx1450/QSC amp..... in bridge mode, to a 18" subelement/yamaha 118..... what should i have the XO freq. at about ?
0h, i have peavey 215 for the mid/highs so.... i noticed that if i go too high on xo freq, the sub obviously starts seeing more mid frq. stuff but it also decr's the output/info to the mid/high alot..... obviously...
so.... should the xo be set to somewhere 200hz or so maybe for the low side ? there's gains, and output levels as well....
many variables i know and not sure how to optimize it well....
oh, peavey 215s are driven by qsc plx 2 ch amp btw...
any comments would be appreciated...tnx,
