backup a PX?

Hi. I've looked thru these boards and can't find this. My DRPX screen appeared garbled even though the unit seemed like it was functioning properly. It's always plugged into a firman power strip. I unplugged and started again. It did the same thing, then came back and was fine. I was thinking of doing a hard reset but loosing all my presets would be a massive inconvenience. Is there a way to back it up?

    Is the unit still under warranty? If not (NOT), and you feel confident doing so... open up the case and remove and reconnect the ribbon cable that attaches to the display. I have not heard of problems in the DRPX, but the older DRPAs seemed to need this loving on occasion.
