SC32: Volume levels go to zero after start Up

Hello! I have a SC32 with two ZC1 (volume controllers) and two ZC3 connected. Each time I start up the device the volume goes to zero, even when I shut it down the volume level was not at zero.
Is there a way to make it start up with a fixed volume level or a way to make it start up keeping the volume level it had when it shut down? The device works stand alone without PC connected and System Architect running.
With System Architect running, the device kept the volume levels it had when it shut down.
