Trying to get output from Source 3

We have the Zone Pro 641 unit and a device plugged into Source 3 on the back of the unit. The device is a Raspberry Pi that plays a script that sounds like a bell at designated times. I had the Pi at my desk and am able to get audio output from my desk speakers, so I know it works. People tell me it worked until about a few weeks ago. No changes have been made. Is there something I can check to have the device plugged into Source 3 play to a zone that is created?
