Pa2. Limiter. 0dbu or -20dbfu?

I can't understand how I must set the Limiter if I want set threshold on 0 Dbu. When I set threshold 0 Db on Limiter it means 0 Dbu or 0 DbFU(+20 Dbu)? Help me, please!

    Are you limiting power from the amp to the speaker for a particular max voltage, or are you just setting to keep the amp from clipping?
